I. ORDERS
1. To place an order, choose one or several products from the Online Store catalogue located on www.harleyshop.bg by using the on-screen categories menu or the search option.
2. After you have chosen a product, indicate your desired size and quantity and press the ‘Add to Cart Button’.
3. Once you have finished reviewing your order press the ‘Submit Order’ button to place it.
4. You may choose to register as a user or order as ‘Guest’. If you are a returning customer, just sign in using your username and password.
5. To set a delivery address, you can choose between selecting an existing address you have with us and entering a new one. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. You must provide a delivery and payment address located within the territory of Bulgaria.
6. Once you have specified your preferred payment and delivery methods, at the last step you will be able to see summarised information about your order – payment information, delivery address and method and the total price of the order. It is important that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of using the e-shop before you confirm your order.
7. The orders are handled in the VENDOR’s stores and passed on to a courier within three business days of placing the order.
8. Confirmation email will be sent. You can use it to track your order. If you don't see your confirmation email, make sure to check your spam folder and then add us to your address book to avoid missing our great news and personal communication with you. In case of an invalid email, you shall be contacted by phone.
II. PAYMENT
9. Payment method is ‘Cash on Delivery’ or a by debit or credit card on a virtual POS terminal (Sofia Moto Trade Ltd will NOT collect card information).
